Responsibilities Clean rooms and maintain office hygiene, restock supplies, and manage inventory to ensure rooms are ready for patient use. Prepare and assemble medical record documentation and charts for physicians using electronic medical record applications. Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient chart. Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval, ensuring detailed data entry and adherence to facility procedures. Comply with policies related to HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA. Perform other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned. Operate effectively under frequent interruptions and distractions. Proofread detailed materials and monitor work for accuracy. Interact with others diplomatically and maintain strong interpersonal skills. Communicate verbally and in writing with clarity, appropriate vocabulary and grammar. Work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal supervision. Maintain professionalism in challenging situations. Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database software. Organize and track multiple records and requests in a timely manner. Manage confidential material while protecting strict confidentiality. Rapidly learn dermatology terminology and differentiate exams and diagnoses. Learn E&M codes and documentation requirements for billing levels. Qualifications Energetic, friendly, and reliable with strong work ethic and punctuality. Passionate about beauty and skincare, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and with sales responsibilities. Ability to work independently and conduct tasks with minimal oversight. Strong interpersonal skills for effective, diplomatic interactions. Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA policies.
