  • Location: Candidates must be based within a 20-minute commute of New York City .
    • \n
  • Travel: Up to 70% travel , based on business needs.
    • \n

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Sales Leadership: Own regional revenue performance and KPIs. Partner with the Area VP to translate commercial strategy into disciplined field execution.
    • \n
  • Team Development: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers. Conduct regular field engagement, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
    • \n
  • Operational Rigor: Enforce a strict sales operating rhythm. Manage pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, CRM utilization, and expense controls.
    • \n
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Enterprise Partnerships to drive market development and seamless customer experiences.
    • \n
  • Market Engagement: Build relationships with key healthcare leaders and executive decision-makers to accelerate clinical adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

\n
    \n
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
    • \n
  • Experience: Proven success leading front-line sales teams within healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or related industries .
    • \n
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise health systems.
    • \n
  • Preferred: Prior experience in the cardiology or diagnostics markets.

Compensation & Benefits

\n
    \n
  • Base Salary Range: $158,000 - $185,000
    • \n
  • Target Commission: $118,000
    • \n
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Day 1), 401(k) match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, generous PTO, and paid parental leave.
