About the role As a go-to-market (GTM) sales recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling the sales engine that powers WRITER's growth. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional enterprise and strategic candidates who align with our company values and contribute to our growth objectives. This is a high-impact role — the people you bring in will be the ones closing deals with the world's leading enterprises, expanding our footprint, and helping us cement our position as the leader in enterprise generative AI. We're growing fast, and our GTM team is at the center of that growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across sales to understand their needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience that makes top talent excited to join WRITER. Your work will directly shape the revenue org that takes our platform to hundreds more companies. This is a 6-month contract role based in our San Francisco or New York City offices, with the option for a hybrid or remote setup. You’ll report to the VP, talent. What you'll do Proactively source and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to build a steady pipeline of top GTM talent Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our company values Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every step Leverage recruitment metrics and data to optimize the hiring process, identify trends, and make informed decisions that improve quality of hire and time to fill Shape and contribute to our employer branding efforts by creating compelling job descriptions, promoting our company culture, and enhancing our presence on social media and job boards Drive hiring velocity across a growing sales org, managing multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising on quality What you need 5+ years of proven experience in a recruiting role within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, with a focus on go-to-market functions Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage with top talent Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data and use insights to drive process improvements A collaborative nature with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders Must have experience working within a SaaS environment, with a genuine excitement for AI and the opportunity to help build the future of work A passion for WRITER's values — you Connect with candidates and teammates authentically, Challenge the status quo to raise the hiring bar, and Own outcomes end to end Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees) Generous PTO, plus company holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family Paid parental leave for all parents (16 weeks) Fertility and family planning support Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution Annual work-life stipends for: Wellness stipend for gym, massage/chiropractor, personal training, etc. Learning and development stipend Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites Competitive compensation, company stock options and 401k WRITER is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to diversity.
