Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Role:


• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a strong employee experience from day one
• Manage fullcycle recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to fill open roles
• Support HR operations with a focus on benefits administration and employee relations
• Maintain safety records and assist with OSHArelated documentation and compliance
• Process payroll changes and generate payroll reporting to ensure accuracy
• Assist with benefitsrelated tasks such as HSA administration and COBRA filings
• Track employee hours and ensure accurate timekeeping within workforce systems
• Serve as a key HR resource for employees across the organization
• Prepare to take on full payroll processing responsibilities in the future as part of succession planning


Requirements for the HR Generalist Role:


• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on benefits and HR operations
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related preferred
• Experience HRIS preferred
