Founding Accountant: GAAP, Automation & Growth

Clay is seeking an Accountant as a founding departmental hire, owning core accounting processes, supporting financial close, and strengthening internal controls in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will drive month‑end and year‑end close, journal entries, revenue recognition under GAAP, and system improvements, while partnering with operations and leadership on budgeting and ad‑hoc analyses.
