Manage day-to-day benefits administration, employee questions, and escalations Administer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, and wellbeing benefits Manage benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, reporting, and payroll reconciliations Lead/support Open Enrollment from planning through final audit Administer FMLA, leaves of absence, and Workers' Compensation Partner with benefits brokers, vendors, HR, and Payroll Conduct benefits audits and resolve discrepancies Requirements 5+ years of Benefits Administration experience Experience supporting 500+ employees in a multi-state environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
