Associate Attorney

We’re a dynamic Florida personal injury firm headquartered in Orlando, with an additional office in Fort Myers. What You’ll Do As an Associate Attorney, you’ll play an important role in advocating for our clients and moving their cases forward. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and advancing personal injury matters through the litigation process Attending Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) with clients Conducting and preparing clients for recorded statements Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents Managing discovery and responding to motions Participating in depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings Maintaining frequent, compassionate communication with clients Collaborating with attorneys and support staff on case strategy Managing deadlines and helping move cases efficiently toward resolution What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, eager to learn, and genuinely cares about the people they represent. The ideal candidate will: Be an active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Have strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Be confident communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals Be organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Bring a collaborative, team-first mindset Be coachable and excited about continued professional growth Take ownership of their work and follow through Bring positive energy to the team Personal injury experience is a plus, but we also value potential, drive, and the right cultural fit. Active membership in the Florida Bar and in good standing (required) At least one year of personal injury experience (preferred) Previous litigation experience (preferred) Proficiency with Florida’s E-Portal, including e-filing, drafting motions, and answering discovery Ability to handle a caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment We are looking for someone who is organized, client-focused, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office setting where priorities shift quickly and communication is key.
