Benefits Paid time off Company parties Competitive salary Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments in a timely manner Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reporting Generate financial reports and summaries for management review Track and record manufacturing costs, inventory, and job costing data Support month-end and year-end closing processes Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as Sage 50 or similar platforms Strong knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred About Us Spaulding MFG Inc is a trusted manufacturing company since 1982 based in Saginaw, MI, with a long-standing reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable production.
