Apartment Leasing Consultant
Hot Springs, AR
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Career Strategies is hiring an  Apartment Leasing Consultant for a community in Hot Springs, AR. We are seeking a professional candidate with prior leasing experience who is motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with residents and prospects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide tours and present apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents
• Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals
• Support residents with questions and concerns
• Maintain files and complete administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Previous Apartment Leasing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency (Yardi or similar software)
