What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships and understanding needs.
- Process a wide range of banking transactions, including account openings and payments.
- Execute teller duties, manage financial transactions, and balance cash drawers.
- Sell and refer bank products and services, actively participating in sales promotions.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding all bank products and services.
- Adhere strictly to all security, compliance, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures.
- Participate in community projects and organizations as requested.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- General personal computer proficiency, with a preference for banking application experience.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- A sales and service-oriented personality.
- Availability to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basis.
