We have over 20,000 Eco-Fi Members looking for our help! What You’ll Do Complete service calls efficiently while troubleshooting electrical issues and educating customers. Meet and exceed key performance goals for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Deliver professional workmanship with the right tools for every job. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and service vehicle. Build strong customer relationships to provide the right products and services and generate referrals. Follow Eco’s service system to ensure consistent quality and educate customers on products and services. Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and company initiatives. What You’ll Bring 2–5 years of proven residential electrical experience with a desire to continually improve your skills. Strong understanding of local electrical codes and the ability to apply them on the job. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to learn iPad-based software. A team-oriented mindset while thriving as an individual contributor. Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Motivation to improve every day and help others Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Ready to work in all types of weather. Able to communicate clearly in English. Willing and able to wear all required PPE (safety glasses, safety-toe boots, etc.) Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening
