Position Summary Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork. Patient-Centered Care Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Key Responsibilities Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring. Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits. Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden. Education And/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program. 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home or home health setting. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
