Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Repair shuffle machines when needed. Provide preventative maintenance of equipment to keep all equipment working in accordance with our present policies and regulations. Change table layouts when needed and keep an on-going inventory of our layouts in stock. Responsible for various reports and special projects as required by the Director of Casino Ops & Training and TGMs. Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

AGE and GAMING: 21 years of age or above Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED is required.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Electronic background knowledge preferred. Strong organizational skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and approval to operate company vehicles.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least one hundred (100) pounds. Must be able to lift a minimum of one hundred and fifty (150) pounds using a dolly. Must be able to walk or stand for 100% of the assign shift. Bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling may be required throughout shift.

The noise level in the work environment is loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke. Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
