About SimpliFed: SimpliFed is a Maternal Care at Home model powered by our Maternal Health Operating System, centered on exceptional patient experience while driving strong clinical outcomes and reducing cost. We specialize in lactation and baby feeding support as well as high risk condition monitoring for hypertension, maternal mental health, social drivers, and gestational diabetes. Our providers engage with patients early and our care navigators guide patients through the entire maternal episode of care, offering 24x7 support via our secure virtual platform. Position Overview: An IT Administrator at our healthcare startup ensures secure, reliable, and compliant IT systems that support clinical, operational, and engineering teams. This role is hands‑on and critical to day-to-day operations, with responsibility for user support, systems administration, and security best‑practice maintenance in a regulated environment. What You’ll Do Manage employee devices, accounts, and access (laptops, mobile devices, SaaS tools) Administer identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access) Support onboarding and off‑boarding while maintaining security and compliance Maintain and troubleshoot networks, endpoints, and cloud-based systems Monitor system health, patching, and updates Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues quickly Assist with HIPAA, SOC 2, and security audits Document IT processes, policies, and procedures What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems support Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPNs, firewalls) Experience with endpoint management and MDM tools Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Comfort working in a fast‑paced startup environment Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 controls Experience with tools like CrowdStrike, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, and Intune Exposure to security incident response or vulnerability management About you Aligned with SimpliFed’s mission.
