Pediatric Dentist (Locum Tenens)
Location: Tumwater, WA (Olympia area)
Schedule: Coverage dates as needed, with typical hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Position Overview
Pediatric dentistry coverage in a high-volume, pediatric-focused practice. The provider will practice independently with experienced chairside support.
Clinical Scope
- Pediatric exams and restorative dentistry
- Preventive dentistry and sealants
- Care for pediatric patients through young adult ages (per site scope)
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Washington dental license
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
- Pediatric dentistry experience strongly preferred
Practice Environment
- High-volume pediatric practice
- Modern dental software (training provided if needed)
Credentialing and Onboarding
- Credentialing timeline is typically 1 to 2 weeks for complete files
