Position: Property Operations & Hospitality Manager
Schedule: Monday - Friday full-time; flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends and overnights
Salary: $130k - $150k DOE
Start Date: ASAP

About the Family

A private family in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced, polished, and hands-on Property Operations & Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their properties while maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. This person should be equally comfortable managing property systems and vendors as they are supporting the family, household staff, and guests.

Household & Property Management

• Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and household systems, including HVAC, landscaping, pool, plumbing, electrical, and security
• Conduct routine property inspections and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Manage vendors and contractors, including scheduling, quality control, budgets, and contract negotiations
• Supervise the Household Facilities Technician
• Assist with hiring, training, and managing household and maintenance staff
• Create and maintain household and property manuals
• Maintain detailed records of household expenses and property-related reports
• Provide logistical support for household projects and events

Family Support

• Assist with carpool, school drop-off and pickup, errands, and other day-to-day needs
• Stay overnight at the residence when the family is traveling as needed
• Be comfortable working in a home with children and dogs
• Remain flexible and willing to step in wherever needed to support the family

Hospitality & Guest Management

• Ensure homes are always organized, well maintained, and guest-ready
• Oversee and support the housekeeping team to maintain high standards throughout the homes
• Oversee in-home hospitality, including table settings, turndown service, refreshments, and guest needs
• Create and maintain hospitality manuals, including service protocols, guest preferences, and dietary needs
• Support private entertaining, including floral arrangements, menu coordination, and event execution
• Manage inventory of high-end household supplies, amenities, and beverages
• Serve as backup to the Travel Host/Interior Manager when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury private household or property management
• Strong knowledge of household systems, including electrical, plumbing, security, and general property maintenance
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and household teams
• Understanding of high-level hospitality and formal service standards
• Valid driver’s license
