My career with State Farm began in 1986 as an auto claims representative, giving me decades of experience helping customers and building strong relationships within the community. I attended Lander University and have lived in the same community as my office for nearly 40 years. I truly love the area and value the relationships and connections built over the years. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
