Travel CT Technologist - $3,584 per week

Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Bay Shore, New York, starting 05/18/2026. This travel position requires 40 hours per week, 8‑hour night shifts, and is classified as travel employment. Responsibilities Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary. Set controls of the CT equipment, monitor the machine, patient, and make adjustments as necessary. Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast media when applicable. Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans. Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures. Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and label appropriately. Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions. Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record. Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration. Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner. Work effectively to maintain a patient‑focused environment of excellence, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care. Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 18 months of experience in a health‑care setting as a CT Technologist. Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified. Valid state licensure required in most states.
