Shape pricing and financial planning for growth and success.Job DescriptionOverviewLead and manage the financial and operational backbone of a scaling hardware company, ensuring seamless integration of ERP and MRP systems.Oversee strategic finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support organizational growth and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement processes.Direct external accounting and tax partners to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.Develop and implement scalable solutions for operational challenges, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.Shape pricing strategies for products and services, ensuring alignment with market comparables and unit economics.Foster a culture of accountability and transparency across finance and operations functions.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage ERP and MRP systems, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and manufacturing processes.Execute month-end close, AP/AR, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and revenue recognition tasks.Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.Collaborate with business development teams to set and defend pricing strategies for deals.Manage supply chain operations, vendor terms, and lead times to optimize procurement.Supervise external accounting and tax partners, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.Develop and implement operational systems to support company scaling and efficiency.Provide strategic insights and analytics to drive informed decision-making across departments.Job RequirementsBachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and operations; 8 years preferred.Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems, with experience in implementation and management.Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a systems-thinking approach.CPA certification preferred but not required.Experience in hardware startups or similar industries is a plus.Ability to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL.
