Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands scale profitably through Paid Media, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), creative strategy, and conversion-focused publisher networks. Acting as an extension of their clients' in-house growth teams, they specialize in rapid testing, high-converting funnels, and data-driven experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth.

As a QA Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues early, improve testing processes, and help deliver high-quality software releases.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in manual and/or automated software testing who enjoys solving problems and contributing to fast-paced product development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites where applicable.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, usability, and performance testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release testing.
• Ensure software meets quality standards before production deployment.
• Continuously improve QA processes, documentation, and testing methodologies.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
