The Role We're looking for a Sales Representative to negotiate domain deals directly between buyers and sellers. This is not a lead generation role. The leads exist. What we need is someone who can pick up a live negotiation, understand what both sides actually want, and drive it to a close that works for everyone. You don't need domain industry experience. You need the instinct for reading a negotiation, the confidence to push back when needed, and the drive to see a deal through even when it gets complicated. This is a simple role on paper: talk to both sides, negotiate the deal, close it. In practice it takes real grit. If you like the challenge of a two-party negotiation where you're representing the deal, not just one side, this is built for you. What You'll Do Negotiate directly with both buyers and sellers on live domain transactions Manage each deal from active negotiation through signed close Represent Atom professionally over email and phone in high-stakes conversations Read what each party actually needs and structure terms that get deals done Keep deals moving and communicate clearly at every stage Flag sticking points early and problem-solve through them rather than letting deals stall What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in sales, negotiation, or a high-stakes client-facing role Real negotiation instinct: the ability to read a room, hold a position, and find the close Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High ownership mindset and follow-through, even when a deal gets difficult Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment No domain industry experience required.
