Posted 8/14/2026 Logistics Coordinator Athens, AL (Tanner) Type of Employment Full Time The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient movement, storage, and delivery of inventory. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments and customer pickups, and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Primary Responsibilities: Pull and prepare parts orders for shipment and customer pickup. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts inventory. Conduct inventory cycle counts and assists with inventory accuracy initiatives. Schedule customer pickups, deliveries, and intercompany transfers. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Assist with shipping and receiving documentation as required. Assist with Sourcing Inventories Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain team members to support daily operations. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred but not required. Experience & Skills: Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred. Forklift certification or ability to operate a forklift preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds regularly; heavier lifting may be required with assistance or appropriate equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and sit for extended periods as required.
