Manager, Agentic Commerce

To support the launch readiness and operational enablement of Agentic Commerce capabilities, the full-time Manager, Agentic Commerce will manage go-to-market planning, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Support end-to-end go-to-market planning, including segmentation and launch readiness for Agentic Commerce Solutions Partner cross-functionally to facilitate execution across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams Manage delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives or components Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in payments, platform, or product-related roles with exposure to go-to-market and operations Fluency in core go-to-market principles, including segmentation and value proposition definition Foundational understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations within financial services Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience supporting the launch readiness or operationalization of new products or capabilities
