Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,127–$2,335 per week Guaranteed hours: 32 per week Contract duration: 22 weeks Shift: 8-hour shifts Start date: 09/08/2026 Setting: Outpatient pediatric echocardiography with occasional inpatient/ED/NICU coverage Local rate possibility: local candidates within 50 miles may receive a $10/hour reduction from the posted bill rate Responsibilities Perform pediatric echocardiography examinations, including transthoracic and fetal echocardiography as needed, ensuring high-quality images and proper documentation Independently operate echocardiography equipment and related imaging systems; upload Holter and blood pressure device data as required Prepare patients for procedures, ensure safety and comfort, and coordinate with the pediatric cardiology team for appropriate exam protocols Document imaging findings accurately in the electronic health record (EPIC Hyperspace with Cadence Scheduling) and manage image labeling and archiving Maintain equipment, adhere to infection control standards, and support a smooth patient flow with an average of about 10 patients per shift Requirements ARDMS RDCS-PE certification required; BLS must be current 2+ years of pediatric echocardiography experience; ability to work independently Proficiency in pediatric echocardiography with potential fetal echocardiography experience preferred Experience with EPIC Hyperspace/Cadence Scheduling is valued Eligible to work in a pediatric outpatient setting with occasional inpatient/ED/NICU coverage as needed Strong communication skills with patients and families; ability to manage a variable workflow in a hospital-adjacent setting Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours on assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Extension opportunities for continued assignments Dedicated support throughout the assignment Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
