We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Inspector based in Albany , NY , who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. Here's what you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in building construction trades
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience shall be as a Construction Inspector
• This experience shall also include inspection of site/civil work.

• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
• Possess an OSHA 30 Certification or obtain one within first 30 days of employment

Ideally, you'll have:

• An Associate's Degree or related education degree or certification

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

75,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

90,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
