Position Overview

• Conduct a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, ensuring clarity and compassion in your explanations
• Collaborate efficiently with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively, reporting any malfunctions in a timely manner
• Document procedures accurately, maintaining records within our electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferably completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or recognised equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
