This is not a commission-only position. Our compensation plan includes a highly competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential, and performance-based bonuses. With consistent effort, a strong work ethic, and commitment to our proven sales process, first-year team members can realistically earn at least $70,000.

You will receive comprehensive product and sales training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing development designed to help you build confidence and succeed. No prior insurance experience is required if you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and helping them choose the right coverage

• Prepare insurance quotes, deliver clear sales presentations, and confidently close new business

• Follow up with prospects and clients to strengthen relationships, answer questions, and uncover additional opportunities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service that creates a positive client experience

• Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance and financial service solutions to new and existing clients

• Maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and daily commitment to personal and team success

Requirements

Requirements:

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is preferred, but prior insurance experience is not required

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven desire to win, improve, and achieve results

• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen well, explain clearly, and build trust with clients

• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn our proven sales process
