Responsibilities Oversee technical risk strategies and due diligence across a complex regional portfolio of data center developments. Drive program execution that directly impacts fleet capacity Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and orchestrate infrastructure deployment projects. Intervene in highly critical escalations and lead high‑stakes negotiations with external authorities, utility providers, and land developers. Identify systemic process breakdowns between acquisition, real estate, and construction. Identify blockers for data center construction and development, and lead cross‑functional efforts to durably resolve issues.
