ATP Program Manager to own multi-vendor certification and training partner programs, including partner status, instructor bench planning, scheduling, compliance, and vendor relationships.
The role focuses on program governance and enablement rather than direct training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage certification-body tier requirements, renewal milestones, instructor quotas, CSAT, delivery volume, and overall program health.

Plan and maintain the instructor bench by managing recruitment, vendor authorization pipelines, professional development, and multi-certified instructor coverage.

Oversee vendor compliance, licensing, NDAs, audits, recertification, and coordination with Legal/Risk on liability and insurance requirements.
