Speech Language Pathologist / SLP - PRN

Overview PRN Speech Language Pathologist opportunity in Thief River Falls, MN with Continuum Therapy Partners at Oakland Park Communities. Responsibilities Provide skilled speech language pathology services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under a PRN schedule. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals. Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed. Qualifications Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota. Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. PRN availability as required.
