On-Call Services Family Practice (including pediatrics/OB) General Surgery Obstetrics/Gynecology Cardiology Orthopedics Telemedicine access to other specialists Easy higher‑level care transfer referral availability Pediatric Telemedicine Pediatric telemedicine is available in the Emergency Department. Eligibility and Requirements Family Medicine Physicians must have at least six months of emergency department experience. Family Medicine Residents may moonlight in the ED. J‑1 Visa accepted. Emergency Department Details Volume: 5,000 patients annually. Beds: 4. Staffing model: 12‑, 24‑, or 48‑hour shifts. EMR system: Cerner. Dedicated well‑stocked physician sleep room. Attached quiet room available. New Sonosite ultrasound purchased in July 2025. Compensation Estimated W‑2 hourly pay range: $99 – $207. Estimated 1099 hourly pay range: $110 – $240. Comprehensive USACS benefits. 10% practice‑funded 401(k) and USACS ownership stock. Benefits Employee ownership: $100,000 equity after 3 years of service. Industry‑leading 10% practice‑funded 401(k) up to IRS limit of $36,000.
