Litigation Paralegal

Who You Are You have a Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm Strong knowledge of Texas state and U.S. federal court procedures Proficient in LexisNexis, Westlaw, and iManage Skilled in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Opus 2, and CaseMap Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Familiarity with trial presentation tools like Trial Director or OnCue, a plus! What You’ll Do Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial Manage case calendars and ensure deadlines are met Draft and prepare filings for Federal and State courts Organize, review, and produce documents for discoveryPrepare charts, indices, and case summaries Assist with deposition and meeting preparations Coordinate with external vendors for case-related needs Proofread and cite-check briefs and discovery documents Handle trial and arbitration logistics, including travel arrangements Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants as needed What Success Looks Like You deliver accurate, timely support for complex litigation matters You maintain organized case files and meet all critical deadlines You collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members across offices You proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact case progress Salary Range: $90,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
