Compensation: Earn a clinical rate of $76/hour (includes mandatory training) and an administrative rate (includes late shows/cancellations) of $23/hour as a WA resident with semi-monthly pay. If based out-of-state clinical rates will range between $58.50 - $85. Sign-on Bonus : Start by September 30th and earn a sign-on bonus of $500 for 7-12 client hours and $1,000 for 13+ client hours. Balanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients, with session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Requirements Licensed in Washington as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We will cover the cost. Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients. Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Schedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support. Documentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact. Option to use an AI-assist tool.
