Midway Game Operator

Specific Job Functions: Report to work at scheduled time and report to scheduled location. Receive Playcard from guest and deduct appropriate amounts from card to play their game, and award prizes as appropriate. Maintain proper security of prizes. Provide excellent customer service. Operate games according to the rules of the Midway Games Manual. Stock and/or repair merchandise when assigned. Maintain proper grooming and dress standards. Clean game at the end of shift and assist with trash duty. Direct problems to the Supervisor. Help maintain a safe work environment. Other job related duties as requested. Responsibilities/Qualifications: High School Education or Equivalent. Previous Customer Service experience preferred. Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred. Ability to perform basic math. Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Excellent customer service skills. Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts. Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
