Legal Engineer

Key Details Location : Massachusetts, US working rights required. Flexibility : Office hubs in London and Boston; fully remote work from Day One. Salary : ~$110,000‑$120,000 + 20% bonus + equity at IC3 level for UK-based. Interviews : 3 stages, ~3 hours total over 2‑3 weeks. Start date : As soon as possible. Reporting to : Sharen Gill, Director of Implementation. If Sharen is on maternity leave in July, you will report to Josephine Hanschke, Head of Customer Success. Who We Look For We actively seek candidates who feel they belong and are committed to our inclusive culture. To succeed here: You’ve autonomously onboarded multiple, multi‑layer customers in parallel with a service or platform. You’ve met and consistently delivered on team targets. You’re proactive in learning new technical or AI‑oriented concepts and applying them to customer work. You’re “legal‑curious,” interested in how contracts and law intersect with technology. Bonus points if: You’ve worked in a fast‑growing AI or SaaS startup. You have experience with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or an API. This job may not be for you if: Presenting live kick‑off, training sessions, and webinars solo feels daunting. Running 25 or more parallel onboardings is overwhelming; you prefer deep focus on one account at a time.
