Customer Service Advisor Identiv, a global leader in digital security and identification technology, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is a Part-Time position based in our Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience with our innovative products and services. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $38 USD, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Provide accurate information about Identiv's products, services, and solutions in a clear and professional manner. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the relevant technical teams when necessary. Process customer orders, returns, and requests with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system. Actively gather and document customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Collaborate effectively with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. Stay current with product knowledge and internal procedures to deliver the best possible support. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service or client support role is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically. Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service. An interest in the technology or security sector would be a distinct advantage.
