Customer Service Representative (B2B Order Management)

Virginia Beach, VA | $22.00-$24.50/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 2 Openings Available

What You'll Do

Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment Enter and maintain orders in ERP systems (SAP preferred) Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, and delivery details Track open orders and provide status updates to customers Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Credit teams Handle returns, credits, and customer account documentation

What We're Looking For

2+ years of B2B customer service, order processing, or sales support experience Strong ERP experience required (SAP highly preferred) Experience managing orders from receipt through shipment Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
