Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing.

Position: Window & Door Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Talk with homeowners regarding service-related issues
Schedule appointments with homeowners for service calls
Coordinate and schedule service technicians
Purchase and order parts for service and installation projects
Track deliveries and follow up on ETAs
Communicate updates to the team

Qualifications

Familiar with impact window and door parts and materials (CGI, PGT, WinDoor, CWS, ESW, etc.)
Good communication and follow up skills
Previous Service Coordinator in a Home Improvement Industry
