Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize, stock, and replenish inventory as needed
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities
• Maintain accurate records of materials and products
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized
• Verify order accuracy and conduct quality checks
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow company policies and procedures while meeting productivity goals
• Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
• Perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment
• Work safely in a fast-paced setting
