Front Desk Receptionist Medical Office
MedStaff Group is seeking an experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist for a busy healthcare practice located in Inwood, NY.
We are looking for someone who has previous medical office experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Register new patients and update existing patient records
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Work within eClinicalWorks (eCW) for scheduling and patient records
- Communicate with providers, medical assistants, and other office staff
- Assist with general front desk and administrative responsibilities
Requirements include:
- Previous front desk experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy medical practice
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Must have open availability and be able to work any of the hours the office is open
Compensation: $19$23 per hour, based on experience.
