Join All Hands On Physical Therapy PC as a Receptionist in Richmond Hill, NY, where you'll be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our busy clinic. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Provide information about services and answer patient questions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor towards patients and staff.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
