We are seeking a bright and reliable Service Receptionist to join our busy dealership team in Jamaica, NY. As the initial point of contact, you play a crucial role in setting a positive tone for everyone who calls or walks through our doors. We serve a diverse community, and bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor.
- Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately.
- Manage the flow of customers, connecting them with the appropriate sales or service staff.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (e.g., light data entry, filing, managing mail).
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors.
- Support various departments with administrative needs as requested.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude is paramount!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
