Front Desk Receptionist
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist. We are seeking a responsible and hard-working individual to become a part of our great team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for those starting their career. While experience is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must know English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
