Maintenance Supervisor - Skilled Nursing Facility

Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility. If you have experience in building maintenance, repairs, and leading a team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems Implement preventive maintenance programs Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize daily work assignments Ensure compliance with state, federal, and safety regulations Maintain facility equipment, grounds, and a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff Qualifications At least 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience required Experience with building maintenance and repairs Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude Pay & Benefits $18.00-$20.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Join a team dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marshall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
