As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working collaboratively with site personnel. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
