A large regional referral center in northeast Kentucky is hiring a full-time BC/BE Orthopedic Hand Surgeon!

Opportunity Highlights

• Join 7 Orthopedic Surgeons in a hospital-employed practice
• Adding another surgeon due to growth; will need to build hand practice
• Patient population of 750,000+
• Flexible schedule, option for a 4- or 5-day workweek
• Dedicated OR days with block time at the hospital

Compensation and Benefits

• $725,000 salary guarantee plus productivity (wRVUs) and quality bonuses
• $75,000 Signing Bonus
• $75,000 in student loan assistance
• Excellent benefits include paid malpractice insurance, 30 days of vacation time, CME time and allowance, and much more
