Talent Acquisition SpecialistJoin Centerstone as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a critical role in building the teams that deliver life-changing behavioral health services across Central Missouri.This is a hybrid role with in-person requirements / partial remote options.Before applying, please ensure the following:1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceYou live within 1 hour of Columbia, MissouriAbility to work on-site 5 days/week during the initial onboarding periodAfter onboarding, opportunity for hybrid work (up to 3 days/week remote) based on performanceIf relocating, confirmed plans with timeline are requiredMust be at least 21 years oldValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background checkIn this role, you'll operate as a true recruitment partner, supporting hiring across multiple programs and service lines.Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategiesManage full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offerSource candidates using job boards, social media, community outreach, and networkingScreen applicants (including HiredScore) and conduct interviewsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill rolesCoordinate hiring events such as job fairs, interview days, and community outreach effortsManage requisitions and candidate workflows within WorkdayTrack recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processesDeliver a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring processRepresent Centerstone's mission and culture to candidates and partnersWe're looking for someone who combines strong recruiting fundamentals with energy, adaptability, and a people-first mindset:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsA customer-service mindset with a focus on candidate experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsComfort working with data and using insights to drive decisionsExperience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred)Confidence supporting presentations, hiring events, and stakeholder conversationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismBachelor's degree + 1 year of recruiting experience ORAssociate degree or High School Diploma + minimum of 3 years of full-time recruiting experienceAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Centerstone, your work directly supports the people who provide critical care in your community.If you're looking for a role where you can grow your career, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a larger mission, we'd love to hear from you.
