MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR

Marketing Project CoordinatorTBN is currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support the digital marketing team. The Project Coordinator will support the marketing team in managing multiple projects including show launches and other campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp maintain and update the digital campaign calendarsManaging the workflows of campaignsCoordinates project schedules, deadlines, and tasks within the Wrike Project Management toolCollaborate with other Project Managers across different teamsTrack project timelines and status reports ensuring each project is on scheduleSupporting the marketing team by managing multiple projectsCoordinate marketing projects across departments: maintaining timelines; maximizing internal and external resources; communicating with stakeholdersCompleting detail-oriented tasks that contribute to completion of overall projectsGeneral familiarity with landing page design and functionalityQualificationsProject management, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracyHeavy coordination and collaboration responsibilities between internal teamsAbility to multi-task, and manage multiple projects, and initiatives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsNice to HaveCopywriting experience is a big plusExperience in WrikeEntertainment, online production/digital project management experienceExperience working in Christian media or a passion for faith-based storytelling.Appreciation of, and familiarity with, TBN's content and programming.
