DESCRIPTION:

The Program Manager, Learning & Enablement supports the Biosciences Division Global Technical Sales Training Team by coordinating the execution and administration of global onboarding, certification, and ongoing sales training programs.

This role partners with the technical sales training team, regional teams, commercial leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage program schedules, learner communications, learning program administration, reporting, and day-to-day learning operations. The Program Manager helps ensure programs are delivered consistently across regions, learner data is accurate, and stakeholders have visibility into program progress and results.

This position is site-based in Carlsbad, CA; Grand Island, NY; Austin, TX; Waltham, MA or Pittsburgh, PA.

How will you make an impact?

You will provide the program management and operational support needed to successfully deliver learning programs across regions. By coordinating program activities, systems, communications, and reporting, you will improve program execution and the learner experience while enabling the training team to focus on learning design, facilitation, and commercial readiness.

What will you do?

• Coordinate onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning programs across regions, including schedules, learner communications, facilitator coordination, materials, and follow-up.
• Administer commercial learning programs, including publishing content, managing learner assignments and rosters, tracking registration and completion, maintaining accurate learner data, and supporting users.
• Maintain and report learning metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into participation, completion, proficiency, certification, and program effectiveness.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, action items, dependencies, and risks, providing status updates and escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate training calendars, commercial meetings, learning events, and program activities with regional learning leads, trainers, and commercial stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi-day on-site activities
• Support content updates, localization, and regional program launches in partnership with training specialists and subject matter experts.
• Maintain program documentation, processes, templates, and learning assets to support consistent and scalable execution.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve learning operations and the learner experience.

How will you get here?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Learning and Development, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, learning operations, training coordination, sales enablement, commercial operations, or a related function.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Experience with learning management or sales enablement platforms;
• Experience managing program data, reporting, dashboards, learner communications, and training operations.
• Experience coordinating programs across regions, functions, or geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales organizations within sciences or a technical industry is preferred.

• Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and communicate program metrics and results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and related business tools.
• Ability to effectively administer digital learning and sales enablement platforms and support geographically dispersed users.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to simplify and standardize processes and improve the learner experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% to support commercial meetings, training programs, and other business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Texas is $75,800.00–$105,000.00.
