Program Manager I

Description We're looking for a strategic Program Manager to support Comparion's field partnership program (comparion advantage program)— a growing program that connects agents with key external partners to drive new business across the country. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end operation: supporting strategy, reviewing partner compensation, enforcing performance metrics, and enabling the field to maximize referral quality and production. Leads and manages the implementation, and management of the Comparion Advantage Program (CAP) — Comparion's field partnership program spanning six partnership types: Dealerships, Employer Groups, Regional Referrals, Real Estate Professionals, Associations, and National Partnerships. Provides project management support, consultation, and program management to field partners, agents, and regional leadership across the countrywide organization. Delivering services to business partners by leveraging resources; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; paying and resolving partner payment and enrollment issues; completing partner audits; identifying trends in partnership quality and conversion; determining system improvements (including CRM/Salesforce and Power BI); and implementing change. Responsibilities Operational Strategy. Develops and oversees the operational strategy for the program, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Identifies immediate and long-range needs related to partnership development, compensation, and compliance. Business Alignment. Collaborates with internal stakeholders — including regional leadership, agents, department managers, and executives — to ensure the program supports field and growth objectives. Partner Compensation & Payments. Manages the partner compensation and payment process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and resolution of any payment or registration issues to maintain strong partner relationships. Metrics & Performance Management. Defines and evaluates program KPIs — including production volume, conversion rates, referral quality, and partner performance tiers — leveraging dashboards and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions. Program Operations. Monitors day-to-day program operations across all regions, including performance standards, referral workflows, partner enrollment, and the vetting and approval of new partnerships. Program Governance & Audits. Conducts periodic partner reviews and audits, manages partner status changes in coordination with regional leadership, and recommends process improvements and program enhancements. Special Projects & Initiatives. Leads special projects as assigned, including new program development, reporting enhancements, marketing initiatives, and research and analysis to evaluate and implement solutions. Executive Communication. Prepares and delivers presentations on program direction, performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and regional stakeholders. Program & Vendor Management. Manages vendor and partner relationships supporting the program, with accountability for budgets and low-to-moderate operational complexity. Field Enablement & Support. Oversees training, contract administration, marketing materials, and support resources that enable agents and field teams to generate high-quality partnership referrals. Leverage advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting, while maintaining proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite to support planning, analysis, and decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years` experience working in project or program management Knowledge of business functions, operations, objectives and strategies Project management skills, to include planning and execution; ability to assume role as project lead; lead projects within aggressive timeframes Consulting and influencing skills to bring multiple stakeholders to agreement and advocacy Ability to get work done through others, communicate effectively, plan/organize work, analyze and solve problems and focus on the larger picture About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
